Hellos to all....

Supposed to be working now but since i have cleared majority of my today's work, i am here slacking and eating snake. Lol. Anyway, work is never ending and work will always be there, it would be good if i can take a breather =)

Today i have found a little sense of achievement. I have closed my mountains of request today. I took over Yati's job on Friday, till now i have not gotten any back log. This is a very good. Perhaps it is too early to say if i am capable of this job but i am just happy to clear my work.

Life needs fun, work needs entertainment and Kai agrees utimately to this. With Kai around, there's sure some fun within. Today Kai has a new stunt, which i named the aquarium feeding. With just a glass divider, kai feed the fishes ( people) beyond the glass. With fun and entertainment, stress is relieved. Bonding between people increased with more laughters and jokes. As the M1 advertisement goes, happy salesman, happy customers. =) Hence in the long run, it will not only benefits the workers enjoying the working environment but also the clients with more satisfaction. The company will perhaps then enjoy more sales as well as increase in workers' productivity.

In my office now, things are really bad. By August, i think there will be change of dynasty. In my opinions, some things can be taken on a lighter note. If everything is taken seriously wouldn't life be very miserable. Perhaps if things are taken less seriously it will be a win- win situation. The situation here is kinda ridiculous that someone is over calcaultive. Even for being late for like 3 - 5 minutes, a sarcastic remark is passed. Is there really such a need? To that someone i wanted to tell her, for all her life, has she never ever being late before, even for a second? If that's the truth, congrats to her for fulfilling the life of an alarm clock. It is not that they are being late frequently. Unforseen circumatances do happen that delay our time. Are we able to predict that? If the answer is yes, we are god. Too bad, we aren't and we're only human.

To that someone, did you see them working beyond or before office hours? Do you appreciate their effort or do you think that it is their responsibility? Everyone has a choice. For your choice, people make their choice too and i believe for every choice made, there is a price to be paid. Perhaps you see them as nothing now, hopefully you can learn in time to come or else history will repeat itself. No matter how much changes there are in the human movement, the ending will not change if the very basic is not changed.

To me, i still believe that the leader is the voice and the heart of the people, a servant leader.
