Night Walk

Haha! It drawings again... Today double GP is so UNBEARABLE! So as usual i came out with some drawings on my diary... Somehow, it ended up to be a guy and a girl having a romantic night walk under the star-lit sky. What a nice ambiance! After reaching home, i drew it bigger on A4 sized paper... and later coloured it. After coloring, the picture looks weird...As it is supposed to be in the night, everything should be black and white except for the light, a tinge of yellow. I'm not too good in drawing people, so i just drew their faces and their "stick-man" bodies. I shall name this "night walk". The actual piece in my diary looks nicer... and Rishi actually drew the day time version which is by the beach. Heehee! GP lesson = time for my imagination and all sorts of creative juices to flood!

Today, there is mass PE. It was quite a relaxing one compared to what we had done for the first one, but nonetheless, i will still have muscle aches tomorrow... NAFA Silver/ Gold Award, here i comes!

Haha... I don't know what to write in my blog... so i uploaded a few picture that i have drawn.
I'm now looking for a new skin, but haven't found one i really like. If i know Html, then i would be able to create a skin that i really like. Hope to learn the skill someday. Meanwhile, thanks to Jonathan, i'm addicted to the anime series, Karin. A nice and funny anime. A story on vampires and do u know, they have blood preferences. Maybe i shall introduce Karin to u all in the next entry.

Class has started...
With the welcoming ceremony, all J1s are now CJians. A good thing is that we get back Ms Flora Soh and Ms Priscilla Lee as our tutors. Today is such a boring day. The teachers have yet started proper lessons, so it was kind of boring.
The time table is horrible, terrible and incorrigible. It is really really bad. For example today, we got 3 breaks in total. One official break and 2 free periods. It's like after GP is break, then Economics and break, then Chinese followed by dismissal. It's a total waste of time. We could have gone home earlier and make better use of the time. Previously, i used to end school at 2 or 3, but now is 4 or 5. Haizzz.... What a sad sad thing... stupid timetable. If you say that our class is a class of mixed combinations or a 4H2 class, i would have understand why is the timetable so chaotic. But, everyone is taking the same BCME combination and we don't need extra time to study like the 4H2 class... What a bad timing. If there is a chance, i will definitely "complaint" about it.

Good Start, Good Year!

Today was a pretty okay day. In the morning, as i boarded the bus, Rishi smsed that we , Joanne, Lindy and I would be in 1t30, which means the same class as 1t24... Yea! Receiving a good news at the start of the day will signify a good year... Haha! It is a very good new start.
Somehow, the 'enthu-ness' of the people have not reached their maximum. Things cannot get hyped up... Things only get better when we had dragon boating. I think the 1st orientation is more fun. 1T24 is still the BEST! I am so tired and i cannot process words that i am going to write. Cya then.

The superior teacher demonstrates.

Sad sad sad

It such a sad thing... Sad because the March holiday is ending soon and also, this march holiday is not a fantastic one. It has been such a boring week, no outing, no going out to play.... So much of a sianzation. Worst still, i am always rotting in front of the computer or slacking somewhere in my house with my darling calculator. I had wasted so much time and the time should have been put in good use like revising... Even Elton had started on Biology and Dominic had started on Mathematics. I feel that i am lagging behind.
I like job week, because my brother will not be around to snatch the computer from me and the computer will belong TOTALLY to me, till he's back from work. He will be having camp on Tuesday till Thursday. This meant i won't have to share anything with him... I know that i am a bit selfish by saying this, but it can't be help, because it's a rare chance to come by. Also, today i have broken another high score on Puzzle Frenzy, a game that was already in TI-84 silver edition calculator.
School is starting and the very first motivation that make me go school will then be my group of friends. Having a group of wonderful friends will sure brighten up my day. Then perhaps the second thing is the hopes that good teachers have pinned on us. I do know how much efforts that the teachers had put on us and if i do not attend their lessons, i will feel so guilty. Then maybe the third thing is that if i don't not attend school, I'll miss out a lot. With my intelligence, i cannot comprehend everything fast. So if i start to lag behind, it will take a long time for me to catch up. Just like that Monday, i missed the 1st lecture on summation. Perhaps now, i don't even understand half the chapter and this will drag my mathematic induction into troubled waters too... Argh... School is really starting. Got to really convince myself to start studying and STOP playing so much. There's really a need to get into the 'mugging spirit or mood'. If you guys are studying together or anything, please call me along. I need some motivation.
Haha... Don't have to guess what had Rishi said to me, because i think 80-90% is not be true. =)
By the way, regarding the email i sent to 1t24, Rishi is NOT a flutist but a FLAUTIST. So sorry... and please give a listening ear to him.

I don't know what should the title be so i have left it blank. By right, i should be going down all the way to Bukit Timah Beauty World Centre to buy school uniform.Since Michelle called me early in the morning to inform me that the uniform vendor will come down to school on Monday, this means i do not have to travel all the way. Yea!
Though it has been 3 days, but I'm still pretty bothered by what Rishi. Lol... Rishi, you should have told me clearly or should not have told me. Now, you keep everything in suspense... Hiazzz

A Wonderful day!

Today is a very wonderful day, especially to those who got accepted into CJC. Today is their last chance and THEY HAD MADE IT!!!
These are the successful applicants: Joanne, JunKhiang, Cheryl, Lindy, Michelle. All of them are my good friends and now we can come together again. Days of worries can be over and one can finally sleep and eat in peace... This is so great!
With the successful applicants, this means that, 1 t24 is almost back again. Out of the 24 people, 19 are back except for the 2 NYGH girls, Amanda, Vivien and maybe Alicia. Even Darren is back. Before that, i was told that Darren had lost his place as he could not confirm in time and today, Dominic said that Darren will be back... Haha... (This meant we could have a chance to know the female lead.) I am so curious. Heehee... =P
Yea! Once again, i want to congratulate them! Well Done!

Details as promised

Haha... Just came back from school. I went for biology bridging lesson today. If i had known that Mr Bala is going teach proteins, i would have stayed at home to sleep. I still have not recovered from my loss of sleep... Zzz...
Yesterday was really fun. Message was passed down to meet at Suntec at 1 pm. When i reached Suntec, it was already 1.30pm but i still see no one. Then i sms Jonanthan and he was already on his way. Just exiting from city link, there is a bridge, one has to cross to get to Suntec. As Suntec is having IT show and various traveling exhibitions, there was a lot of people, just like a traffic jam and one can only move one step at a time. Adding to it, the escalators(both up and down) going to Suntec were not working. In the end, it resulted in heavy human jam. It was really very serious. It took Jonathan 10 mins to walk across the bridge.
After meeting Jonathan, we walked back to Raffles city to meet Timothy and Annabelle. We sat and talked while waiting for the arrival of Elton, Eirene and Amanda. When everyone was there, we set off for lunch. By the time,we reached New York, it was already 3+. I shared a plate of pork lasagna with Eirene. It was not bad, but after eating for a long time, one will get sick of it as there was too much pork.
After lunch, Eirene went home to prepare for her expediton while Amanda went to fetch her Mom at the airport. Then the rest, sat and talked while waiting for Vivien and Rosheni to arrive. When they arrives, we went to marina square, had an hour of pool. Then, the boys went to play arcade while we girls went shopping for Timothy's birthday card. The card was big and it also had the alarm sound and we wrote messages in it. Good quality = good money, thus the card itself cost over $10.
Then it was dinner time. Everyone seemed to be broke and we decided to go for fast food. But as we arrived at the fast food restaurants, they were very packed and there were hardly any seats. Then Timothy treated us to Jack's Place. He agreed to pay for half the bill. That was so nice of him and we were guilty to make the birthday boy treat us. To make-up for that, we bought him an oreo cheese cake and celebrated his birthday after dinner. That was the end of the day. There were still some more little details such as having fun with truth or dare and some new things that we discovered. Haha.

Timothy's Birthday...

Today is Timothy's birthday, but in a few minutes time , it'll be over...
I had fun today, and reached home at the dot of 1030. My mum was not really happy and she nagged for nearly half an hour, so i just stood there and let her said her piece. I'm really tired and i'm going back to school tomorrow. So cya and i shall fill in the details of Tiffy's birthday tomorrow.

A peaceful day

For the past few days, i was too worried that i could not sleep and yesterday night, i was so happy that i could not sleep. I wake up at 8+ today which was a very unusual time as i will always sleep late during weekend.
After reading Yahui's blog, i knew that Dominic climbed over the MJ gate to get out so i asked Dominic about it. The side gate is small and has no barbed wire. Guess that ODAC has prepared him well to climb over gates... and now his msn's pm is "haha i will climb any walls or crawl thru longkangs juz to get to cj " Lol...
Today is the most peaceful day of the past 1 week. I slacked at home, using the computer. It was a rare chance as my brother is not around so the computer is MINE!!! MUHAHAHA! As a scout, he has jobs to do as march holiday is the Job Week. From the words job week, you could know that he would have to help someone to do something and get paid in return.
As it was a peaceful, there was nothing much i can do, thus i chat online, played online pool and tennis, 02Jam, Gunbound and Neopet. I really have to thank Darren for giving me such as expensive gift - Rusty Lamppost. It was the best prize of the Halloween Quest. That was really awesome. Rusty lamppost is a battle magic item which allows one to equip to one's neopet and fight it's opponent. As for it's powers, i have not tried it out yet. Though Darren had the account for 2 months, he richer than me and he was a more professional player than me.
Tomorrow, we're going to celebrate Timothy aka Tiffy's birthday, but there's a problem. I don't know what's the time and where are we going to meet. Are we out the whole day or half day only and what's the program for tomorrow. Hope that tomorrow will be a better day.

Once again, thanks CJC.

For the first thing, i would like to sincerely thank you CJC and Brother Paul for giving me a place to study. Thank you, xie xie, arrigato, nadri, terimah kasik...
Today is Donovan's birthday and it was really a lucky day.
The 1st lucky thing was that CJC called me and i accidentally reject the call. I called back the first time, but they say they never called me. Thus, i called back the 2nd time and it was a success. YEA!
The 2nd lucky thing was that I never attended school today. CJC wanted me to go for interview. They called me around 2pm and wanted me to report at 3pm. So it was a good thing that i never go to school today.
The 3rd lucky thing was i got accepted and Brother Paul did not remember or else he would have given me a hard time. Thus, the questions he asked only why i wanted to come back to CJC and why didn't i appeal to NYJC.
The 4th lucky thing was i took a taxi to SR and back to CJ again without having to pay any money because i shared a taxi with a guy, ZhiYin, also having a success appeal from SR to CJ.
The 5th thing was i get back $16- the refund for the box file, orientation shirt and also the 'chirstmas-stocking' tie.
It was really a lucky day. Thanks!!!
As i went for my interview, Dominic came with his parents for appeal. He was the one that 'die-die' wanted to get out of CJC and now he came with his parents for appealing. His appeal was also a success but he would be taking 4H2 subjects with his 9-pointer.
At the moment now, i only hoped that i can get back into my class, which was from 1t24 to 1t30. Everyone stayed as a class except for Eirene, Annabelle, Dominic and Darren those taking 4H2 will be in 1t28. I don't if they are fortunate or unlucky, their home tutor is the one 'long hair, blue eye shadow woman' - the one that confiscated 6 decks of cards from our class. Rishi changed class as he was changing his subject combination changing biology to physics.
Today is the first day of getting into class. Somehow the newcomers are very problematic. It is only the first day and i heard so many complaints about them. Even Yahui was not very happy with them and Chang Yong even wanted to strangle them. Heard that they're very dao (snobbish type) and gave people that attitude face. This is not going to be very good. This means that the class is going to split up into 2 islands. For what i know now, 1t30 seemed to be full, so i may not get the chance to be in the same class as them. I really hope that i will be able to stay with my class for the next 2 years. I really wanted to thank god for giving me a group of wonderful friends.
Next week, i am going to buy CJC school uniform and when school reopens, Monday will still be orientation and we're going dragon boating. Yea! 3 cheers for the organizers! Hope my new class will be fun like 1t24.

Disappointed...

Today, the 2nd day of orientation, also it's woman's day. It was not a fun day but at least a little better than yesterday. However, i am still disappointed with today's programme. Well, we're stuck in the hall for 3 hours. By the time, we get a chnace to stand up, our butts are like having cramps. Just like yesterday, there was no games, instead there was college dance and college anthem.
Though the dance was only one set, it was repeated 3 times. This was considered the highlight of the day. The college anthem sounds like christmas carol and together with the red, green stripes tie, which they forced us to buy, it will look like christmas day.
I nearly broke down today because i was feeling too lonely. I try myslef to blend in, adapt and accept, but to no avail. They just could not give me the feeling of a school with wonderful people. In CJC, no matter how late we eneded, i still went home with smiles and good memories and i'll able to climb back to 13th floor. But now, though it's only the 2nd day, i feel like i've been through 10 years of war. I never have that kind of feeling for a very long time already. Now, i am having a headache and i shalln't say much to bring back the sad memories. I decided to skip school tomorrow.
Having chatted with Joanne, i knew that we cannot appeal through cca in CJC and THEY HAD STARTED CALLING. This means if by monday or tuesday, i did not get a call from CJC, my hope will be totally gone and i'll be totally gone too... Hiazzzz
Now, i can only wait anxiously for the call everyday with sleepless nights adn pray hard everyday.

SRJC IS NO FUN!

Well, today, i went to my new school, hopefully will not be in the future, SRJC. The bus ride alone took 40 minutes and the route to CJC only took 20 minutes which is half of the traveling time.
In SRJC, i cannot feel the thrill from the people, which is something that i can see at the first day in CJC, thus the day went by with dead boring activities...
I sat in the hall for 4 hours today due to the different talks... It was a time that was hard to pass... I slept through most of the time and thank god, i got my calculator, TI-84 silver edition, so i played games and keep breaking my own high scores. The break was only half an hour but after some dragging, it was less an 20 minutes. The canteen was so small and it was so crowded. It was lucky that I had snack bar with me or else I'll be starving. There wasn't even any ice breaker games, only a few cheers. This year house is based on ship that traveled the seven seas. I'm in Argo3... Hahahahahaha................... ( laughing sorrowfully)
In SRJC, 50 % are 15 pointer and below. Then, me a 13 pointer becomes an elite somehow. I am now a student councilor and I will be having chances of getting scholarship and going for seminars. Today, school end at 5.45 pm... I am dead tired, not physically, but mentally....
I sincerely hope that days like this will be over and the last time i visit SRJC is not not to get my 'A' level results but to hand in my appeal-out form.
CJC please call me... I'll like to get back.... I miss CJC and most importantly the friends that i had made there... I have not yet make any friends... haix.... Let tomorrow be a better day... I'm crashing CJC tmr... Yea!!! Brother Paul Rox!!!

OMG!!! OMG!!! OMG!!! OMG!!! OMG!!!
Yesterday, Elton was telling me that we were some kind of fated and we would be able to end up in the same school. Somehow the results are totally different.
This morning, i woke up at 8 and called the MOE hot line. The first time i called could not get through. The second time i called, i heard that i was posted to Serangoon Junior College (SRJC). I thought i was still dreaming away and so i called the 3rd time. This time round it was the reveal of the truth. I was indeed posted to SRJC. That was a news too much to bear. i just could not believe it. Even CJC doesn't want me anymore... I was totally shocked and shattered.
Then i switch on the computer and go msn... The rest wasn't too well either... As i talk to some of friends, my tears just flowed fast and free. It was not that i am sad, perhaps i just disappointed, had not come to terms with it... I guessed as i am typing, the ones that i was talking to could sense my 'abnormal feelings'. They kept asking me if i was okay... Somehow, this piece of news is too shocking and i really did not expect that to happen. It was my first time that my tears are flow due to academic stuff.
Quickly, i had decided to appeal to both CJC and NYJC, hoping that my chances will be greater. Thus, i set off to Beatty to get my testimonial, but to no avail. So i went to Cheryl's house and we went to NYJC together. At there, we met Jun kiang and his gang, those going to appeal in the morning. At their, it was just an internet appeal. Coincidentally, Elton was there when i was doing the appeal. Elton also wanted to appeal into NYJC but through badminton and he would be going to the trial later. So all the best to him...!
Then, we went to CJC. It was a crowded scene. Then we saw the application, it was one whole pile. This meant more competition and less chance. At CJC, i saw Dominic and had a few words with him. Though i do not have any mood, i still forced a bowl of noodle down my hungry stomach.
Well, i hope that my appeals will be a success... and those who are appealing, all the best to u guys too...
Well, this are where my classmates end up to:
Elton - CJC
Milu - CJC
Eirene - CJC
YaHui-CJC
Darren - SA
Dominic - MJ
Annabelle - CJC
Rosheni - CJC

It's another 2 more days to the JAE posting results and I'm feeling quite nervous about it. Nervous about what, actually, i, myself don't know.
Yesterday was a really fun day and the attendance was the best so far. Most of us turned up with our full school uniform, together with our tie. Only then i know, St Patrick's tie was the not so nice one. Their background colour was dark navy blue with motif of clovers on it. The clover was bright green with bright yellow line to outline it. It was just weird. At the first look at it, i thought it may belong to a girl's school tie. Then i also found out that our Beatty tie, with not so good quality is very expensive, costing $7. Presbyterian High with a tie, that looks like SAJC, with the same quality only cost $3. After trying out so many ties, SJI tie was the most comfortable that feel like silk as one touches it.
Yesterday, i managed to skip lesson. It was the 2nd try and it was a success. The 1st try was a failure and i don't want to talk about it. So we girls play cards, took photos( eirene and me <--) while the guys were out at the grandstand sweating out- soccer fun. Then waiting for the guys to finish their games, we went to the grandstand waiting for them. AS we're waiting, we had some girls' talk and it was pretty fun.
After the game, we all proceeded to Orchard. It was only a few stops from CJC bus stop. We had lunch at the shaw house, where there are a lot of fast food chain. I ate subway again, and Dominic bought a 12 foot one. That was like 2 normal sandwiches... After lunch, we were rotting down there, talking crap and guessing who the lucky girl that Darren had a crush on. (It's nt IJ girl)
Then, we went to cineleisure to play pool, while some ODACers went back for their ODAC training, so the pool was an activity to past time. At cine, the price of a game was very steep compared to the games that we played at paradize centre. So we played for 2 hours and we slowly rot away before we went to Hereen's Sake Sushi for dinner.
Upon reaching there, we still have to wait for the ODACers to come. We sat in 3 tables. Our first table ate a few plates of the normal sushi side dish costing 1.90 ++. While the second table, with Amanda, Elton and Jennifer (Johnathan) ordered soft shell crab, fresh salmon sashimi and a few more. While the 3rd table, Tiffy (Timothy) and Darren also order quite a few things as well. Poor Darren, because of his religio, he had to fast. So before 7.30pm, he had to watch Tiffy enjoying himself with all the nice delicious food.
Finally the ODACers came. Eirene and ChangYong joined our table, while Dominic joined Amanda's table. We had fun talking, taking photographs again. Then i shared a beef ramen with Eirene. Though the ramen was a big bowl, but it tasted disgustingly bland. It was so not worthwhile. So at Sake, i spent about $10 and i am broke after that.
After dinner, we went to the arcade. They played Datona and Yahui was a professional player. She played manual gear and she controlled the game well. I guessed if next time, she had a driving test to take, she will pass it at first attempt. We also played the 'hockey'. It was such an exciting and thrilling game and Jenni had proven himself as the MVP( most violent player) again.
When it was 10, everybody started going home. Elton, Eirene and me, with the companion of Rosheni, walked all the way back to Far East which took about 15 to 20 minutes. Then the slow bus,105, came after 10 - 15 minutes. thinking that there was a place to sit was a wrong idea. It was pretty crowded. Even after the Toa Payoh interchange stop, there was still many people on board the bus.
It was quite a lucky day. i reached about 11 and mum was in a good mood. She was playing the computer and did not tell me off. After the whole day of fun, i am so tired and had enjoyed myself thoroughly.

eVentFuL

For the past few days, they were eventful ones.

Yesterday, Wednesday, something in everywhere just went wrong, even the stock market dropped such steeply. Wednesday, is a day where there is biology lecture so quite a lot of us had decided to skip lecture. 1 T 23 was so pro... the whole class had decided to skip everything, and yesterday, something just seemed to went wrong with Bala, he started to take attendance personally....

After some struggling, all of us went for the lecture except for Dominic. But to our horror, we were marked as absent because we were late.... At that moment of time, we could have just walked out of the classroom. When the day had ended, Bala actually came to class and passed all of us the detention forms. He came, gave us, made us acknowledge it. We're quite angry about it, at least we made the effort to attend his lecture.

By night time, Johnathan sms Bala saying that he was unhappy about the detention thing, so we cooked up a story and Alicia had become the scapegoat. Alicia who was supposed to hold the key, had lost it, so we were busily looking for it. One fortunate thing is that Bala actually bought our story. The excuse that 1 T 23 gave was, they thought it was tutorial so all of them had stayed in class and they got excused for it.

Today we played netball in the rain. It was really fun, rain mixed with perspiration. In the end, after all of us had dried, we were like stinking pigs.... *oink oink*. Today GP we did debating on "Money can't buy happiness". The debate was a fiery one, i guessed it was only between Sara, Amanda, Rishi and Alicia. But personally i think, though money cannot buy everything on earth, basic human needs like food and shelter has to be fulfilled before one can really find their happiness. To me, happiness comes from kinship, friendship, relationship and a lot of other 'ship'. So perhaps if i died, i guess that i having no regrets and maybe the only regret i have is that i haven't tasted love.

Today, is also my very first time eating at subway. It may be a bit costly, but it was still very worthwhile as i had never tasted such delicious bread before. So we had fun at the lunch table. Yea!

Everyday will be a new beginning and today will be better than tomorrow. That's all i have today. Cya now... i need to go back to drawing cards.
